Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or controlling.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Comfortable working with Excel.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.
• Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn with a proactive attitude.
• Strong interest in using AI tools and automation to work smarter.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Keep financial data organized across Excel and our ERP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
• Propose improvements to automate finance processes using AI tools.
