Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping and reconciliations.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership.
• Support month-end and year-end closings, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Keep financial data organized across Excel and our ERP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.

The Role:

As a Controller, your mission is to support the finance team in delivering accurate, reliable financial information that helps the business make better decisions.
You'll get hands-on exposure to accounting, reporting and controlling, learning the ropes of how a fast-growing company manages its numbers. We're a results-driven company at heart, always measuring, testing and improving, and we expect finance to be part of that.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoice processing and reconciliations;
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership;
• Support month-end and year-end closings, checking and validating financial data;
• Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with accounting and legal deadlines;
• Keep financial data organised and up to date across Excel and our ERP;
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises;
• Bring ideas to improve and automate finance processes using AI tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field;
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or controlling;
• Previous experience at a consultancy firm is a plus;
• Solid understanding of accounting principles;
• Comfortable working with Excel;
• Analytical mindset, with a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers;
• Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented;
• Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude;
• Strong interest in using AI tools and automation to work smarter;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.
