Zusammenfassung

Ace of Performance is looking for a Controller to support the finance team in delivering accurate financial information to help the business grow in Lisbon. You will handle accounting, reporting and controlling in a fast-growing environment.

You’ll work hands-on with Excel and our ERP, assist with monthly closings, budgets and forecasts, and bring ideas to automate processes using AI tools. Hybrid setup: 3 days in the Lisbon office, 2 days remote.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or controlling.
• Previous experience at a consultancy firm is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles.
• Comfortable working with Excel.
• Analytical mindset, with a curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.
• Rigorous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Eager to learn, with a proactive attitude.
• Strong interest in using AI tools and automation to work smarter.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a plus.

• Help prepare monthly financial reports and KPIs for leadership;
• Support month-end and year-end closings, checking and validating financial data;
• Assist with tax-related tasks, helping ensure compliance with accounting and legal deadlines;
• Keep financial data organised and up to date across Excel and our ERP;
• Support budgeting and forecasting exercises;

The Role:
