HN Services Portugal seeks a Finance Business / Systems Analyst to join our Lisbon-based Finance Implementation Projects team. The role blends functional and technical analysis focusing on financial interfaces, accounting solutions, and data flows between systems.

You will participate in finance implementation projects, define requirements, support testing, and coordinate across stakeholders to ensure timely deliverables. Hybrid work in Lisbon with strong analytical focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in banking, accounting, finance or financial systems.
• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, IS or Engineering.
• Experience in Business/Systems Analysis, development and/or testing.
• Knowledge of general or banking accounting and financial interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Participate in finance implementation projects with PMs and Analysts.
• Define and document functional and/or technical requirements.
• Support design of financial/accounting solutions and data flows.
• Contribute to testing strategy and run accounting tests.
• Coordinate activities to meet timelines and deliverables.

We're looking for a Finance Business / Systems Analyst (Lisbon)

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Finance Business / Systems Analyst to join a dedicated Finance Implementation Projects team, responsible for the implementation and continuous evolution of financial and accounting solutions.

The role combines functional and/or technical analysis, with a strong focus on financial interfaces, accounting solutions, financial systems, project coordination and testing.

Professional Experience & Main Tasks

• Participate in the different phases of finance implementation projects, working closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Systems Analysts and other stakeholders.
• Define and document functional and/or technical requirements and specifications.
• Support the design of financial and accounting solutions and data flows between operational and Finance systems.
• Contribute to the implementation and evolution of financial interfaces.
• Coordinate activities across different stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Contribute to the definition of the testing strategy and perform accounting and reporting tests.
• Support the implementation of remediation plans related to financial interfaces.
• Provide post-implementation support to reporting users.
• Manage support and maintenance requests related to accounting interfaces.
• Analyse and resolve issues, contributing to workaround solutions when required.
• Support the continuous improvement and evolution of financial systems and processes.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in banking, accounting, finance or financial systems.
• Degree or Master’s in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or Engineering.
• Experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, development and/or testing.
• Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting.
• Knowledge of banking products or capital markets products is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Financial Information Systems.
• Experience in project management or project coordination.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured and collaborative environment.
