Allianz Services in Lisboa seeks a Controlling Expert to own the financial picture for the assigned area, ensuring cost, revenue and operating profit accuracy while partnering with management. You will support planning, forecasting, reporting, and process standardization across central and local teams.

The role emphasizes IFRS alignment, KPI tracking, and driving improvements, with a strong focus on collaboration and financial governance. Fluent English required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis and performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and improve financial guidelines, processes and systems.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication across departments and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data for the assigned area (costs, revenues, operating profit).
• Monitor performance vs plan/forecast; analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and dashboards for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual use.
• Oversee monthly billing, revenue accrual, and cost provisions in line with IFRS and policies.
• Support planning and forecasting by recommending financial targets across horizons.
• Collaborate with central/local teams to standardize guidelines, processes and systems.
• Track KPIs and main drivers; coordinate improvement measures.
