Responsabilidades

• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data for the assigned area (costs, revenues, operating profit).
• Monitor performance vs plan/forecast; analyze variances and recommend actions.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports and dashboards for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly and annual use.
• Oversee monthly billing, revenue accrual, and cost provisions in line with IFRS and policies.
• Support planning and forecasting by recommending financial targets across horizons.
• Collaborate with central/local teams to standardize guidelines, processes and systems.
• Track KPIs and main drivers; coordinate improvement measures.

This is a full-time, permanent Controlling Expert position within Allianz Services. The role is responsible for the financial picture of the assigned area, including the accuracy of costs, revenues, and operating profit, while serving as a finance business partner to management. You will work closely with business owners and central and local teams to monitor performance, review financial KPIs and key drivers, and support decision-making. The role also contributes to planning, forecasting, reporting, and the standardization of controlling processes and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of financial data for the assigned area, including costs, revenues, and operating profit.
• Monitor performance against plan and forecast, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for ad hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual use.
• Oversee monthly billing, revenue accrual, and cost provision processes in line with IFRS, relevant accounting principles, and internal policies.
• Support strategic and operational planning and forecasting by recommending financial targets across long-, mid-, and short-term horizons.
• Collaborate with central and local teams and business representatives to share best practices and standardize guidelines, processes, and systems.
• Track financial KPIs and their main drivers, and coordinate improvement measures.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and/or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to develop and improve financial guidelines, processes, and systems.
• Proficiency with financial software and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Business Controller.
• Fluency in German or another local language.
• Interest in Information Technology (IT) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).
