Job summary

Chain IQ Group seeks an experienced Finance Analytics Manager to lead a small, hands-on analytics team and advance our finance data capabilities. You will shape data strategy, implement AI-driven analytics, and partner with finance stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making.

This role requires deep expertise in analytics, BI dashboards, data modeling, and SQL within a global procurement environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data analysis.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
Fluency in financial terminology and ability to work with Finance stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of AI in analytics, Copilot-assisted development and insight generation.

Responsibilities

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Finance and senior leadership.
Design and implement analytics frameworks, tools, and best practices.
Lead and develop a small, high-performing analytics team.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with financial standards and reporting requirements.
Oversee KPIs dashboards, budget variance analysis, profitability, cost analysis, and forecasting.
