TE Connectivity invites a Finance Analyst- MFG & Operations to support forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting in a hybrid role based in Evora, Portugal. You will partner with SV Operations, Plant Finance and Supply Chain to drive efficiencies and accurate financial targets while maintaining TE standards.

You will contribute to standard cost accounting, process automation, and KPI tracking in a multinational, matrix organization with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Master Degree or equivalent in Economic, Finance, or Accounting
• +4 years of relevant work experience in Controlling, budgeting and forecasting with operational experience
• Fluent English (verbal/written)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Accurate, systematic, and independent work style
• Experience in manufacturing and trading organizations, budgeting/forecasting processes and standard cost accounting techniques
• Willingness for self-development and ambition to reach the next career steps within the organization
• Good communication skills for interaction across levels and functions of the organization
• Comfortable to work in an international matrix organization; multicultural experience is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and database software
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP, IFRS reporting and local rules

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with multiple functions and provides analytical insight for supporting operational objectives
• Consolidates SV plants actuals, forecasts, and budgeting
• Ensure effective planning processes with Ops SV organization
• Review and consolidate weekly operations performance reports
• Forecast, budget and variance analysis for non-plant areas
• Partner with SV Operations, Plant Finance and Supply Chain to drive efficiencies
• Identify KPI’s and ensure accurate performance tracking (productivity, EBIT, Capex, inventory)
• Develop and standardize planning/reporting processes; drive automation and continuous improvement
• Coordinate SV best practice standardization across plants
• Maintain TE policies and lead ad-hoc analyses
• Navigate TE systems to support financial tasks
