Visteon is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner – Operational Sr. Analyst to support FP&A for operations and manufacturing across the EMEA region, focusing on cost visibility and performance analysis.

You will work with plant finance, supply chain, and central FP&A to deliver standardized reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights that drive cost improvements and budgeting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, operations finance, or manufacturing cost accounting experience.
• Exposure to manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze manufacturing cost performance across EMEA plants and prepare dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
• Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning: Assist budgets, forecasts, and monthly outlooks for operational costs; build cost models and variance bridges.
• Business Partnering: Collaborate with plant controllers and operations teams to ensure data submission and alignment; support capex reviews and cross-functional meetings.
• Document and share best practices in reporting and standardize tools across the region.
• Harmonize cost tracking and analysis across plants; deliver cost transparency at regional level.
• Support cost improvement programs with financial rigor; participate in investment case discussions.
