Charlotte Pipe is seeking a Financial Analyst – Audit, Tax, & Compliance to assist the Audit & Tax Director with accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will support audits, prepare reconciliations, and ensure GAAP adherence within a manufacturing setting.

Develop a broad understanding of corporate accounting and taxation while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and external advisors. This role offers growth in a longstanding U.S. manufacturer.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3–5 years of accounting or audit experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
• Progress toward CPA certification encouraged.
• Solid GAAP understanding and tax awareness.
• Proficient in ERP and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare account reconciliations and schedules.
• Support audit requests from internal and external parties.
• Assist with federal, state, and local tax compliance.
• Maintain organized accounting documentation and controls.
• Coordinate with departments on information requests.
