Job summary

TDCX is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting, payroll coordination, fixed assets, and end-to-end accounts payable/receivable in the Caparica area. Strong ERP and Excel skills are required, with English and Portuguese proficiency.

The role includes collaboration with external accountants, audits support, and potential in-house ERP implementation as the Portuguese operation grows. Experience in multinational environments is beneficial.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or a related field; minimum 4 years in accounting, finance operations or a combined finance and administration role.
• Strong practical accounting knowledge including month-end closing, reconciliations, financial reporting and Portuguese SNC and VAT requirements.
• Experience working with external accountants, reviewing payroll, tax and statutory outputs, and supporting audits.
• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities with external accounting provider and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for Regional and Group Finance.
• Review monthly payroll calculations and reconciliations with HR and payroll provider; oversee fixed assets and depreciation; reconcile assets.
• Coordinate end-to-end accounts payable/receivable, supplier invoices, and customer billing; resolve discrepancies and overdue balances.
• Oversee office administration for Lisbon office, including facilities, vendors, renewals, and costs.
