Axalta is looking for a Technical Service Specialist based in the Greater Lisbon area. You'll provide essential technical support to customers in the Advanced Polymer Coatings sector, managing trials and solving quality issues as part of a dynamic technical team.

This role requires fluency in Portuguese, strong knowledge of paint technology, and excellent communication skills. Occasional travel is expected in this full-time position.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Portuguese. Proficiency in Spanish and/or English highly desirable.
• Knowledge of application, products, and technologies.
• Good level of IT user skills such as creating presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support to existing and new customers.
• Manage line trials to develop new business.
• Investigate and solve quality problems.
• Build relationships with key plastics accounts.

Conhecimentos

Knowledge of both solvent and waterborne paint technology

Good communication skills

Excellent time management

Fluency in Portuguese

Proficiency in Spanish and/or English
