Sensei is seeking a Maintenance Operations professional to keep our hardware stack running across European client locations. You will build scalable maintenance processes, manage external partners, and travel to sites to troubleshoot and improve sensors and enclosure systems.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on electronics experience, 2+ years in field maintenance, and the ability to document clear guidelines for non-technical staff. A hybrid work model and international travel are expected.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on field maintenance operations.
• Willingness to travel >30% across Europe.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement scalable maintenance routines for stored hardware.
• Travel to client stores to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• Develop guidelines and playbooks for stores and partners to enable autonomous maintenance.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering on improvements and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor health dashboards and maintain high uptime across deployed stores.
