TGS International Group in Portugal is seeking a Senior Data Center Break/Fix Technician to diagnose, repair, and validate enterprise server, storage, and networking hardware in live data centres across Europe.

During the initial onboarding period you will travel extensively across Europe, with a permanent base in Amsterdam. The role focuses on hardware diagnostics, FRU replacements, and incident resolution within strict SLA targets.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting enterprise, hyperscale, or colocation data centres.
• Strong experience performing enterprise server hardware break/fix.
• Proven experience diagnosing hardware failures in live production environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, Supermicro, or equivalent enterprise hardware.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and resolve hardware faults on enterprise servers, storage platforms, and network equipment.
• Replace FRUs including: HDD/SSD, memory, CPUs, power supplies, RAID controllers, NICs and more.
• Perform POST analysis, BIOS/UEFI configuration, firmware verification and fault isolation.
• Validate repaired systems through functional testing before production return.
• Escalate complex faults while owning resolution and meeting SLA targets.
• Provide Smart Hands support for customers and internal teams.
• Follow change management procedures in live production environments.
• Travel extensively across Europe during the initial onboarding period.
