We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Female Moderator to join our team in Almada. As a moderator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our online community. Your role will involve monitoring discussions, addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise, and promoting positive interactions among members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor online discussions and ensure they align with our community guidelines
• Respond to member inquiries and provide support when needed
• Identify and address any inappropriate or offensive content
• Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members
• Collaborate with other moderators to develop strategies for community growth and engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a moderator or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functions
• Passion for creating a positive online community
