Sacoor Brothers seeks a passionate Fashion Designer (m/f) to join our creative team on-site in São Domingos de Rana/Oeiras, Portugal. You will develop concepts for collections and manage fabrics, colors, and prints to reflect the brand.

The ideal candidate has a fashion design degree, 2+ years in fashion retail, fluent English, and strong Photoshop/Illustrator skills; CorelDraw is a plus and international travel is expected.

Qualificações

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• At least 2 years in Fashion Designer role, preferably in fashion retail.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of textile materials and their applications.
• Strong deadline management and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Develop design concepts for collections aligned with brand vision and trends.
• Ensure conceptual and graphic development for menswear and/or womenswear.
• Select fabrics, colours, and patterns for each collection.
• Prepare technical sheets and product specifications.
• Create prints and embroidery graphics.
• Monitor product development through production stages.
• Participate in design meetings and brainstorm sessions.
• Stay updated on fashion trends and materials.

Role Mission

Sacoor is a fashion retail company whose goal is to provide excellent service to all customers. We are a young and dynamic team with talented professionals, and we are looking for a talented and passionate Fashion Designer (m/f) with a strong interest in fashion and trends to join our creative team in a full-time, on-site position at our offices in São Domingos de Rana/Oeiras.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, in direct daily contact with the creative team, contributing to the development of innovative projects and exclusive fashion collections that reflect the essence of the brand.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts for collections, aligned with the brand vision and current market trends.
• Ensure the conceptual and graphic development of Menswear and/or Womenswear collections.
• Select fabrics, colours, and patterns suitable for each collection.
• Prepare technical sheets and product technical specifications.
• Create graphic designs for prints and embroidery.
• Monitor and validate product development throughout the different stages of the production process.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design meetings.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, materials, and design techniques.

Desired Profile

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of textile raw materials, their properties, functionalities, and applications.
• Strong ability to manage deadlines and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; CorelDraw is a plus.
• Availability for international travel.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and dynamic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and autonomy.
