Qualificações

• Formação em Design Gráfico, Design de Comunicação ou área relacionada
• Conhecimento sólido do Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Conhecimento de Premiere Pro ou After Effects é valorizado
• Conforto com WordPress e MS Office
• Forte sensibilidade visual, atenção aos detalhes e organização

Responsabilidades

• Criar conteúdos gráficos para comunicação digital e impressa
• Desenvolver conteúdos para social media, newsletters e website
• Planear, publicar e gerir conteúdo nas redes sociais
• Atualizar e manter o website WordPress da empresa
• Preparar apresentações, catálogos, convites e materiais comerciais
• Garantir coerência visual em toda a comunicação da Babled Design
• Apoiar fotografia, vídeo e produção de conteúdo
• Ligar diretamente com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros de produção
• Colaborar de perto com as equipas de design, vendas e gestão
• Auxiliar em exposições, eventos e projetos especiais

WE'RE HIRING — GRAPHIC DESIGNER & SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Babled Design is looking for a creative, organised and versatile Graphic Designer & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Lisbon.

This is a full-time, fully on-site position, based in our bright studio in the heart of Baixa, Lisbon. We are open to either an internship or a full-time employment, depending on the candidate's experience and profile.

Main responsibilities

• Create graphic content for digital and printed communication - Babled & sister companies.
• Develop content for social media, newsletters and website
• Plan, publish and manage social media content
• Update and maintain the company's WordPress website
• Prepare presentations, catalogues, invitations and commercial materials
• Ensure visual consistency across all Babled Design communication
• Support photography, video and content production
• Liaise directly with clients, suppliers and production partners
• Collaborate closely with the design, sales and management team
• Assist with exhibitions, events and special projects when required

Candidate profile

• Background in Graphic Design, Communication Design or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
• Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is valued
• Comfortable working with WordPress and Microsoft Office
• Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage different projects and deadlines independently
• Fluent or highly proficient in English; Portuguese is valued
• Interest in design, art, architecture and high-end furniture
• Proactive, adaptable and comfortable working in a small, dynamic team
• Previous professional experience is valued but not essential for internship candidates

Working conditions

• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00
• Fully on-site — no remote or hybrid work
• Studio located in Baixa, Lisbon
• Expected starting date: September 2026 or slighlty earlier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 1-4 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking and design skills
• Portfolio of work and CV
• PT and ENG knowledge is mandatory - IT or FR is a plus
