Metyis is growing and seeks an AI Solutions Engineer Analyst to join the Data and Analytics team at the Digital Campus in Porto. The role focuses on developing, testing, and improving AI solutions across the lifecycle, collaborating with data teams to prepare foundations, and translating business needs into AI use cases.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or related fields, with Python, Git familiarity, and exposure to LLM-based applications

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, data science, data engineering, AI, or related technical field.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills in at least one modern language; Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and basic software engineering practices.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM-based applications, prompt engineering, or generative AI.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions and products across lifecycle stages from prototyping to deployment.
• Collaborate with data teams to prepare data foundations for AI use cases, including data sources and knowledge bases.
• Assist in implementing and testing prompts, context strategies, and other techniques to improve AI performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and workflows with senior team members.
• Research new AI models/tools and share findings with the team.
• Contribute to the development and testing of AI agents and orchestration workflows under guidance.
• Document AI solutions, prompts, experiments, and learnings for knowledge sharing and reuse.
• Monitor AI solutions, identify issues, and implement improvements based on feedback.
