Metyis is growing and seeking an AI Solutions Engineer Analyst to join our Data and Analytics team at the Porto Digital Campus. You will contribute to AI solutions across the lifecycle, collaborating with central and local teams to build data foundations, and experiment with new AI models and tools.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of experience in software engineering, data science, AI, or related technical field.
• Basic to intermediate programming skills; Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with Git and basic software engineering practices.
• Hands-on exposure to LLM-based applications or prompt engineering.
• Basic understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and data integration.
• Understanding of fundamental data concepts: data quality, structures, semantics, governance.
• Willingness to learn quickly and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Support the development, testing, and continuous improvement of AI solutions across the lifecycle.
• Work with data teams to prepare and maintain data foundations for AI use cases.
• Assist in implementing prompts, context strategies, and techniques to improve AI performance.
• Translate business requirements into practical AI use cases and workflows.
• Research new AI models, tools, and frameworks and share findings with the team.
• Contribute to development and testing of AI agents and orchestration workflows.
• Document AI solutions, prompts, experiments, and learnings for reuse.
• Support monitoring of AI solutions and implement improvements based on feedback.
