Four Seasons in Lisbon is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead and inspire the Hotel's Restaurant Department. You will train and coach team members to maintain brand standards and outstanding guest service.

Excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of F&B operations are essential, with Portuguese and English proficiency and the right to work in Europe.

• Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm.
• Solid knowledge and experience of F&B operation.
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Restaurant Department to meet standards.
• Observe facilities and equipment and recommend improvements as needed.
• Implement training and help meet yearly department goals.
• Ensure menus are clean and updated in the restaurant.
• Assist with department goals and service to guests.
• Set up and clean operational areas as required.
• Be visible in operations, recognize good work, handle guest concerns in the manager's absence.
• Assist with service of food to guests and other department tasks.

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our amazing Team in Lisbon!

What You’ll Do

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees in the Hotel’s Restaurant Department to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.
• Implement new benchmark standard training and assist Department Head to meet yearly goal.
• Ensure all menus in the Restaurant are clean and updated.
• Assist team and Department Head to assist department goal.
• Assist with set‑up and cleaning of operational areas.
• The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, in absence of manager concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Assist with the service of food to guests.
• Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

What You Bring

• Excellent customer service skills with great enthusiasm, superior interpersonal skills, result oriented and highly self motivated.
• Solid knowledge and experience of F&B operation.
• The candidate must hold the required authorization to work in an European country.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency both in Portuguese and English.
