ME Lisbon, part of Melia Hotels International S.A.(Meliá), is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Director to help lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence while maintaining ME by Meliá’s lifestyle standards.

You will support daily management of Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banqueting, drive budgeting and forecasting, develop F&B teams, and uphold food safety and HACCP regulations.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory/management role in F&B operations.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of F&B operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and team development skills.
• Resilient, proactive, and results-oriented professional in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily management of all F&B outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banqueting operations.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, service excellence, and operational procedures across all F&B areas.
• Monitor departmental performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the analysis of financial and operational results.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop F&B teams, fostering a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP regulations.

Mission

As the Assistant Food & Beverage Director at ME Lisbon, you will support the F&B Director in overseeing all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong business performance, while maintaining the innovative and lifestyle standards of the ME by Meliá brand.

What will you have to do?

Support the daily management of all Food & Beverage outlets, including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service, and Banqueting operations.
