Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is offering a 6-month F&B Service Intern position at Tivoli Marina Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal. You will train and collaborate with the hotel team in F&B service, from preparation to serving, coordinating with kitchen, and ensuring quality standards.

Ideal candidates are studying Hotel Management, fluent in English, Portuguese preferred, available Feb/March 2027 to Aug/Sep 2027, and eligible for EU passport or Swiss B Permit.

Competenze

• Hospitality-related qualities and customer-service mindset required.
• English fluency is required; Portuguese is a plus and not an exclusion.
• Active studying in Hotel Management or related field is essential.

Mansioni

• Provide excellent customer service to guests and promote satisfaction.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Maintain frequent contact with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Demonstrate knowledge of frequent guests and preferences.
• Be aware of and present hotel F&B products and services.
• Review daily specials with F&B team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen to ensure accurate, timely orders.
• Set up and clean tables in restaurant and meeting rooms.
• Follow brand standards for product setups, quality and service.
• Handle checks and payments using POS system.
