Minor Hotels Europe & Americas in Faro, Portugal is offering a 6-month F&B Service Internship (M/F) from Feb/March 2027 to Aug/September 2027. Qualifikationen

• Sympathy and customer orientation are essential.

• English fluency required; Portuguese preferred.
• Currently studying Hotel Management or related field.
• EU passport and/or Swiss B Permit holder.

Aufgaben

• Assist F&B service with preparation, serving and coordination with kitchen.
• Provide excellent customer service and welcome guests.
• Assist with events, breakfast, lunch, dinner and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel restaurant products and services.
• Set up and clean restaurant and meeting room tables.
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate orders.
• Handle payments and upsell to increase revenue.
