A leading global service provider is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Leader to manage operations in their Shared Services Centre. The role involves leading a team in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Record-to-Report processes, ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency. Ideal candidates should have 5-7 years in F&A, a Bachelor's degree, strong leadership skills, and fluency in English. This position is full-time based in Porto.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of F&A experience in SSC/GBS or corporate finance.
• At least 2–3 years in a team leader/supervisory role.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, perform, supervise, and mentor a team of F&A specialists.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoice processing and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and support career progression.
