Job summary

act digital in Lisbon is seeking an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Technical Expert to lead the evolution of the SAP BO platform and orchestrate major upgrades and migrations. You will architect Linux-based environments, migrate UNV universes to UNX, and optimize a large-scale BI landscape with hundreds of reports and users.

You will drive security models, performance tuning, auditing, and release processes while mentoring the team and ensuring project success across DEV, REC, UAT, and PROD

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP BusinessObjects Technical Expert to join a BI team in Lisbon and become a key technical reference for the evolution and modernization of the SAP BusinessObjects ecosystem.

This is a highly specialized role focused on SAP BO platform architecture, major-version upgrades, universe migration, security, performance optimization, and enterprise-scale administration.

You will play a central role in the migration from SAP BO 4 to BO 5, including the transformation of complex UNV universes into UNX, the implementation of new SAP BO environments on Linux, and the optimization of a large-scale BI landscape supporting hundreds or thousands of reports and users.

As an SAP BusinessObjects Technical Expert, you will:

• Lead and support the evolution of the SAP BusinessObjects platform.
