Most companies are hiring for a world that no longer exists, we built Epic to change that.
We sit between executive search, career discovery, and organizational transformation - not because it’s trendy, but because these problems are now inseparable.
Companies don’t just need people, they need new definitions of what people should do, and individuals don’t just need jobs, they need clarity in a world that keeps shifting under their feet, that's why we help both.
We help companies understand who they actually need and we help people understand where they actually belong.
Because in the age of AI, the hardest problem left isn’t technology: It’s people.
Not because we can’t find candidates, but because we don’t know what we’re looking for.
So we don’t fill roles, we slow down just enough to ask: “What problem are you really trying to solve?”
Then we redesign the role, and only then do we search.
If you’re looking for a stable process, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for comfort, definitely not.
This is a job about critical thinking and judgment, about having genuine curiosity and great conversations.
You’ll need to have the courage to say what others won’t and you’ll spend your time talking to people you don’t know - and understanding them fast.
If you can work with challenging clients who think they know what they need, in order to have you define and design roles that don’t yet exist, then you may excel.
Most recruiters match CVs to job descriptions, you won’t.
You’ll sit in the ambiguity before the search even begins and say:
You’ll look for learning agility over experience, trajectory over titles and look for signals others ignore, because you’ll be translating confusion into clarity (that’s where all the value is created).
AI can already find candidates faster than you, write better outreach strategies than you and even generate cleaner reports than you!
But you’ll need to ask better questions, see patterns others miss, build trust without shortcuts and assess people not for what they’ve done - but for what they can become.
There’s no perfect path, but patterns help.
You’ve probably worked in a B2B environment where understanding people mattered.
You’ve had led and had exposure to business development, not just execution.
Maybe you’ve been in:
You likely have:

We don’t hire:
This isn’t a job for employees. It’s for someone who wants to build.
We're looking for someone who:
At The Epic Talent Society, the path isn’t just to work here. It’s to own part of what we’re building.
that hiring is not a process, it’s a responsibility. And that in a world of infinite data, judgment is the real scarcity.
