Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate all food preparation and related kitchen activities.
• Create and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and culinary creativity.
• Approve and finalize dishes before they are served to guests.
• Manage purchasing and inventory, planning orders for ingredients and equipment as needed.
• Ensure maintenance and repairs of kitchen equipment when required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues or defects in the kitchen workflow.
• Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff, supporting their ongoing development.
• Oversee team performance, assigning tasks and evaluating workload distribution.
• Handle administrative records, including attendance, compensation, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Promote a respectful, cooperative, and team-oriented work environment.
• Demonstrate strong personal values, such as integrity, consistency, proactivity, and a positive attitude.
