Qualificações

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar in fine dining.
• Strong leadership, menu development, and cost control skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen.
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience; English/Portuguese preferred.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 5 years in a high-volume kitchen.

Responsabilidades
