EY Portugal is seeking an experienced HR transformation consultant to help clients design and implement change across organizations. You will lead HR operating models, organizational design, and process improvements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in organizational change management and related areas, full English proficiency, and willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.

Qualificações

• Academic education in Human Resources Management or similar field.
• Minimum 3 years in Organizational Change Management, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model, HR Process Efficiency & Policy, and Transactions.
• Experience in a global management consultancy firm or large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage projects and think outside the box.
• Full English Proficiency.
• Willingness to work in Portugal and abroad.
