ManpowerGroup GBS Portugal in Porto is seeking a Credit & Collections Supervisor to lead day-to-day OTC operations, including credit management, cash application, collections, disputes, and OTC reporting. This role requires strong collaboration with BPOs and internal stakeholders to ensure quality service delivery.

Qualificações

• Polish – B2 minimum (mandatory).
• Experience leading medium to large international OTC teams.
• In-depth understanding of OTC leading practices.
• Expert-level understanding of mechanics within the OTC process stream.

• Oversee output and quality of OTC services.
• Ensure compliance with Credit and Collection policies.
• Manage collections, disputes resolution, and customer creditworthiness.
