Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a seasoned professional to shape global cost calculations and pricing strategies within the Grid Technologies Service unit. You will develop standards, ensure consistency and drive enterprise risk management in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will collaborate with finance, project teams, and stakeholders to implement global guidelines, validate rates, manage risk contingencies, and deliver transparent financial controls across regions.

Qualifications

Commercial degree in business/finance/controlling/industrial engineering.
Hands-on experience in controlling, costing, or commercial project management.
Strong analytical and globally-minded, detail-oriented approach.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and data tools like Power BI.
Fluent English; German or other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain global guidelines for cost calculation across Grid Technologies Service.
Design and implement a global sales calculation methodology with uniform pricing logic.
Own post-calculation process to validate rates and maintain mark-ups for risk and warranty.
Identify and track risks and opportunities with project stakeholders.
Establish a reporting cadence for Enterprise Risk Management across the unit.
