Job summary

Side is seeking a Localization QA Game Tester to join our multilingual team in Portugal. You will review translated text, images, and UI to ensure error-free localization across platforms, collaborating with global teams and adhering to console guidelines.

No prior experience required; fluency in EU Spanish and conversational English are essential, plus strong attention to detail and Excel skills. Fully onsite, 8:00–17:00, with comprehensive training provided.

Qualifications

• Fluency in EU Spanish and good English required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.
• Good communication and collaboration within project teams.
• Proficient with Excel and other software tools.
• Solid internet research skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a global project team to ensure accurate localization.
• Identify and correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and language errors.
• Ensure adherence to console guidelines and project standards.
• Log errors and provide improvement suggestions.
• Maintain consistent terminology and contextual translation accuracy.
• Identify missing or incorrect content and validate date/calendar formatting.
• Prepare reports on errors and perform ad hoc translation as needed.
• Monitor the quality of work and contribute to project success.
