Job summary

The AIR Centre in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate the BlueMissionAA CSA and A-AAGORA actions. You will support project organization, administration, and financial management, ensuring compliance with Grant and Consortium Agreements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent with Agile project management training.
• Knowledge of CINEA/EC management rules under Horizon Europe.
• 5+ years of administrative/financial management of European/international projects.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication.
• Interest in ocean science or ecological restoration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist coordination of project work plans and supervise implementation with WP/Task leaders.
• Develop and implement project management tools and templates (MS Teams, calendars, guidelines).
• Schedule and organise consortium meetings (in-person, hybrid, or online).
• Facilitate communication between partners and manage contacts/documents repository.
• Contribute to dissemination and communication activities for the BlueMissionAA CSA.
