Revolut Ltd in Portugal is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead the EU liquidity reporting function, overseeing EBA returns and translating complex regulations into functional specifications. You will manage LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and AE reporting, validate data, and coordinate weekly submissions, partnering with Treasury, Risk, and Legal to shape product structuring.

Qualificações

• 9+ years of experience in EU regulatory reporting or regulatory policy.
• Solid command of CRR legal text and the LCR Delegated Act
• Expertise in producing, auditing, or configuring EBA returns and weekly submissions
• A granular understanding of bank balance sheet mechanics, derivative collateralisation, and HQLA eligibility
• Impressive technical proficiency in querying database schemas using SQL and drafting BRDs
• Excellent communication skills to explain dense regulatory requirements to non-technical stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the technical authority on LCR Delegated Regulation, CRR frameworks, and EBA standards
• Review EBA Q&As and supervisory guidance to assess balance sheet impacts and drive policy alignment
• Translate legal and regulatory texts into precise functional specifications and calculation engine logic across liquidity products
• Manage the technical classification, data integrity, and end-to-end production of EBA liquidity returns (LCR, NSFR, ALMM, and AE)
• Direct the technical validation and weekly submission of short-term and joint liquidity templates
• Analyse short-term liquidity stress and cash-flow mismatches for senior stakeholders
• Partner with Treasury, Risk, and Legal teams to evaluate product structuring and collateral eligibility
