Revolut is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to ensure consumer protection practice aligns with MiFID II, UCITS, MAR, and related controls. You will advise on investment compliance and support with regulatory frameworks within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Based in Vila Real, the role focuses on onboarding governance, regulatory risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and Compliance teams to maintain strict compliance standards.

Qualificações

• Practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR.
• Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis and policy development.
• Strong communication with regulators and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as regulatory compliance expert for client onboarding, product governance, and investment launches.
• Monitor, test, and report on regulatory architecture effectiveness.
• Draft, implement, and roll out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies.
• Advise on product launches to ensure full local regulatory compliance.
• Develop and execute a world-class compliance framework and training program.
• Support interactions with regulators.

We’re looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. You‘ll advise on investment compliance (MiFID II, UCITS, MAR) and support with establishing and monitoring related controls.

What you'll be doing

• Acting as a regulatory compliance expert regarding client onboarding, product governance, and investment product launches
• Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
• Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
• Participating and advising on product launches, providing expert regulatory advice to support the Operations team to fully comply with local regulations
• Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework and training programme
• Supporting interactions with regulators

What you'll need

• Practical knowledge of MiFID II, UCITS, and MAR
• Experience in compliance risk management within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
• The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysis
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation
• A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
• The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
• Multitasking skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
