Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is offering a full-time, six-month Recruiting Internship as part of the European Recruitment Operations team. The role focuses on onboarding support, data entry, and day-to-day recruitment activities across offices.

You will collaborate with international teams, assist in scheduling interviews, and help manage candidate data within ATS/CRM systems under supervision. A structured, professional environment with exposure to global hiring processes awaits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Advanced computer skills: Windows applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Database familiarity
• High-level English proficiency required

Responsabilidades

• Assist onboarding process and support operational tasks across offices and region
• Help recruiting teams with day-to-day activities throughout Europe
• Organize meetings and interviews; provide candidates with a positive experience
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and CRM systems with guidance
• Support end-to-end application process, including screening and status updates
• Schedule candidate interviews and prepare interview materials; exposure to ATS tools
• Assist with screening assessments, candidate inquiries, and reimbursements
• Support event logistics and gather feedback; communicate logistics clearly
• Run basic system reports for Recruiting Operations and Analytics
