Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Content Moderator to review user-generated live video content and ensure compliance with platform policies.

This full-time position runs on a 40-hour week with a 24/7 rotating shift, includes health insurance, accommodation in shared apartments, and sponsored flights home.

Training is provided (partially compensated), with 22 days of holiday per year and a dynamic multilingual team to support career growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated live video content to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor and filter content; delete/block according to policies; evaluate content quality.
• Ensure minors are not using Livestream functionality where restricted.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review user-generated live video content for an online platform
• Ensure that minors under the age of admission are not making use of the Livestream function
• Delete and block content according to the policies, as well as filter, organise, and evaluate it.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in Estonian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency (B2)
• Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
• Comfortable with reviewing content that may be deemed inappropriate, violent and/or contain explicit material without bias
• Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as a part of the team.
