Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Estonian- and English-speaking Content Moderator to review short-form digital content and help maintain a safe online environment in Lisbon, Portugal.

The role requires rotating shifts to cover 24/7 operations, including nights and holidays, with training delivered in English. This on-site position may offer accommodation for eligible candidates living far from the workplace. Exposure to potentially disturbing material is possible.

The essentials

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Work model: On-site
• Schedule: Rotating shifts covering 24/7 operations, including nights, weekends and public holidays
• Training: Approximately three weeks, delivered in English
• Accommodation: A furnished room in shared company accommodation may be available for eligible candidates living more than 100 km from the workplace. Conditions apply.
