Job summary

Delnext is seeking an Inventory & Logistics Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate stock levels in a hybrid role in Cacém–Sintra with one remote day per week.

You will analyze stock data with advanced Excel, optimize inventory, supervise order creation, invoices, and supplier negotiations, and work with cross‑functional teams to meet service levels and prevent stockouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in similar roles (desirable).
• Analytical skills to interpret stock data and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing service levels.
• Experience negotiating with suppliers.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (required).
