Job summary

PwC Services Portugal (PSP) in Matosinhos is seeking a Sustainability Assistant Associate to support non-financial reporting enhancements, risk and controls within ESG engagements. The role involves contributing to audit engagements for international clients and implementing audit methodologies to improve sustainability reporting.

You will work with multidisciplinary teams across Assurance, Tax, and Advisory, applying ESG frameworks such as GRI and Taxonomy Regulation while communicating clearly

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ESG or related field.
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulations (e.g., Taxonomy Regulation, GRI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to adapt to different stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Be part of the teams advising clients to enhance non-financial reporting and controls.
• Participate in audits for international clients focusing on sustainability information.
• Implement audit methodologies and draft recommendations and reports.
• Seek opportunities to gain exposure to diverse situations and perspectives.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and clients.
