Renvolt Energy is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of EPC projects across geographies. You will draft and negotiate contracts, manage changes and claims, and ensure compliance with Renvolt’s Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.

You will work with the EPC Contract Regional Manager to oversee contract documentation, performance indicators, and risk mitigation, while supporting the project team on commercial and legal aspects.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Law or Engineering is required.
• Extensive experience in contract management for construction/engineering projects.
• Experience with international construction/industrial contracts is valued.
• Excellent drafting and writing skills for legal documents.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation and contract P&L impact.
• Familiarity with project lifecycles and project management practices.

Responsabilidades

• Draft contracts and amendments; improve contract templates.
• Identify and optimize contract commercial leverage.
• Prepare contract summaries for management.
• Analyse and negotiate supplier contracts.
• Improve subcontract templates and general purchasing terms.
• Support Procurement and Construction negotiating orders.
• Analyse risk vs opportunities in contracts.
• Manage changes, variations and claims in EPC contracts and subcontracts.
• Manage project contract documentation and communications.
• Mitigate contractual risks for the company.
• Assist in managing customer and supplier claims.
• Set up and monitor contractual management processes for ongoing projects.
• Set up and track project performance indicators.
• Inform the team on main contract risks.
• Raise contract and commercial awareness.
• Ensure compliance with laws, Renvolt Code of Conduct and internal rules.
