Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
• Previous IT support or technician experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
• Fluency in English; Portuguese language skills are a plus.
• Valid visa for working in Portugal; visa sponsorship available.

We are currently seeking an entry-level IT Manager in Almada Portugal. This position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field of information technology. As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems including network servers desktops laptops and mobile devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware software or network connectivity
• Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure data security by implementing and maintaining proper backup and recovery procedures
• Train employees on new technology systems and provide ongoing support as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement technological solutions that improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
• Previous experience in an IT support or technician role is a plus
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware operating systems networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical personnel
• Fluency in English Portuguese language skills are a plus
• Valid visa for working in Portugal visa sponsorship available

Salary $1200 per month negotiable based on experience.
