Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
• Experience as IT Manager or similar role is required.
• Proficiency in network security, database management, system administration and cloud computing.
• Strong leadership to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication to collaborate across departments on technology needs.
• Experience developing IT policies and procedures for data security and productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all technology operations including network security, system upgrades, hardware and software installations.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and productivity.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage IT staff including training, performance evaluations and daily tasks.
• Monitor system performance to identify issues or inefficiencies.
• Create disaster recovery plans and implement backup solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.

As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and strategies of our company in Almada Your main goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently meeting the needs of our employees and clients You will work closely with senior management to understand business objectives and implement technology solutions that support them

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Previous experience as an IT Manager or similar role
• Proficient in network security database management system administration and cloud computing
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with different departments on technology needs
• Experience in developing IT policies and procedures for data security and productivity

Salary

We are offering a salary of $1300 per month for this position
