Job summary

PrimeEstate in Funchal, Portugal, is seeking an entry-level florist to join our team and create stunning floral arrangements for weddings, birthdays, and events. No prior experience required, but interest in floral design is preferred.

You will learn from senior florists and handle daily tasks, orders, and setup at various locations. We offer accommodation, flexible weekend schedules, and visa/ticket assistance for non-EU applicants.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but some knowledge or interest in floral design is preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Accommodation will be provided.
• Free visa and ticket will also be provided for non-EU applicants.

Responsibilities

• Assisting senior florists with daily tasks such as arranging flowers, preparing vases, and cleaning work areas.
• Learning about different types of flowers and how to care for them properly.
• Taking orders from customers and creating custom arrangements based on their preferences.
• Maintaining inventory levels and ordering new supplies when needed.
• Helping with deliveries and setting up floral displays at various locations.
