Entry-Level Florist

As an entry-level florist, you will be responsible for assisting in the creation and arrangement of floral displays for various occasions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for flowers and a desire to learn the art of floral design. No prior experience is required, however, a basic understanding of plant care and design principles is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the preparation and care of flowers, including cleaning, pruning, and conditioning
• Creating floral arrangements for weddings, funerals, events, and other occasions
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients by helping them choose suitable flowers and designs based on their preferences
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times
• Learning about different types of flowers and their specific care requirements
• Attending workshops or classes to improve skills and knowledge in floral design

Salary

The starting salary for this position is $1300 per month. However, this may be negotiable based on experience and skills.
