Job summary

Avanta Works in Funchal, Madeira, is seeking a skilled Florist to design and arrange floral pieces for weddings, birthdays, and other occasions. You will maintain freshness, manage stock, and assist customers in selecting the perfect bouquet.

This is a full-time position with visa-free opportunities for skilled candidates. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of floristry experience, strong creativity, excellent customer service, and fluent Portuguese.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist.
• Creativity and artistic flair in designing arrangements.
• Knowledge of various types of flowers and foliage.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken)
• Must be able to work full-time without accommodation.
