Zoi is expanding across Europe and seeks a seasoned professional to drive enterprise adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and AI-powered processes. You will lead large-scale rollouts, define technical specifications, and guide pre-sales engagements to demonstrate Copilot value to global stakeholders.

The role emphasizes hybrid delivery, cross-functional teamwork, and the design of scalable cloud architectures. English fluency is required; German is valued for European teams.

Qualificações

• Experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365 tenants and deployments.
• Proven track record in project management for large-scale initiatives.
• Strong interest in generative AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus for European teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts and related service transformations.
• Provide AI advisory and translate business challenges into technical specs and architecture decisions.
• Act as primary technical advisor during pre-sales, demos, and workshops.
• Manage and prioritize technical backlog, security, and permissions across a global tenant.
• Collaborate with Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI specialists to integrate Copilot Studio solutions.
