Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking an AI Literacy & Copilot Consultant to help clients adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot and create practical AI training assets.

The role requires at least 2 years in a relevant role, fluent English, hands-on Copilot experience, and ability to design training content and workshops.

This remote, full-time position offers health insurance, 22 vacation days, extra days, meal allowance, and a dynamic, international team.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a relevant role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Experience creating AI literacy and training content.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and use case development.
• Experience creating training content, practical exercises and business-specific scenarios.
• Experience with workshop facilitation, user enablement and knowledge transfer.
• Ability to work with learning designers to create digital learning assets.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft 365 or Artificial Intelligence are a plus.
