Job summary

La Fosse is seeking an Enterprise Architect to own the blueprint for the firm’s applications, data, cloud and AI in Lisbon. This is a greenfield opportunity where you’ll shape architecture and set standards from the ground up.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive the AI strategy securely at scale, and gain deal exposure during due diligence and post-acquisition contexts. Based in Lisbon, with strong room to grow as the hub expands.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT/enterprise architecture with leadership experience.
• Deep cloud-native expertise across AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Proven ability to govern data, AI and integration strategies.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms (Salesforce, Investran, eFront, Allvue).

Responsibilities

• Define long-term enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with investment strategy.
• Design secure, scalable architectures across cloud, SaaS and data platforms.
• Lead API and integration strategy between core platforms and portals.

Enterprise Architect | Private Equity | Lisbon

Want to design a firm’s entire technology landscape from the ground up, rather than inheriting someone else’s legacy? This is that rare opportunity.

A leading mid-market European private equity firm has opened a new European hub in Lisbon and is building its teams there now. They’re hiring an Enterprise Architect to own the blueprint for how the firm’s applications, data, cloud and AI fit together, working directly with senior leadership.

What you’ll do

• Define the long-term enterprise architecture roadmap, aligned with the firm’s investment and operational strategy
• Design secure, scalable architectures across cloud, SaaS and internal data platforms
• Lead the API and integration strategy connecting CRM, fund and financial platforms, investor portals and market data
• Own data governance, master data management and system lineage
• Run proof-of-concepts and build-vs-buy decisions, and steer external vendors and partners

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years in IT architecture, with strong Solution or Enterprise Architect experience
• Financial services experience, ideally in private equity, alternatives, asset or wealth management
• Deep cloud-native expertise (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern integration approaches (event-driven, REST APIs)
• A strong grasp of AI architecture and governance

Experience integrating enterprise SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, Investran, eFront or Allvue

The confidence to explain complex trade-offs to senior leaders, in fluent English
