Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale Data Warehouse and Analytics Platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric and cloud analytics architectures.
• Experience defining Enterprise Semantic Layers and data models.
• Knowledge of Data Architecture, Modeling, ETL/ELT, and Data Governance.
• Ability translate business needs to scalable BI designs.
• Strong stakeholder management; fluent English required.

What you can expect

The Enterprise Analytics Platform Manager is responsible for designing, governing, and evolving CordenPharma's enterprise-wide analytics ecosystem with a strong focus on Microsoft Fabric, Data Warehouse architecture, and the Enterprise Semantic Layer. The role serves as the technical authority for enterprise data platforms, ensuring scalable, secure, and business-aligned analytics capabilities across a global multi-site environment. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external service providers, the role translates business requirements into sustainable architectural BI solution designs, enabling trusted, data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise analytics platform strategy, leveraging Microsoft Fabric and modern Data Warehouse technologies.
• Design and continuously evolve the global Data Warehouse architecture supporting reporting, analytics, and future AI-driven capabilities.
• Establish and govern the Enterprise Semantic Layer to ensure globally consistent KPI definitions, business rules, and data models.
• Develop enterprise-wide standards, governance frameworks, and data architecture principles for analytics platforms.
• Drive harmonization of data structures and reporting logic across multiple sites and business functions.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and long-term maintainability of the analytics landscape.

Operational Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end architecture for data ingestion, transformation, storage, semantic modeling, and consumption.
• Supervise and mentor external Power BI developers, ensuring adherence to architectural standards, reporting design guidelines, development best practices, and overall platform governance
• Design and maintain enterprise-grade Data Warehouse solutions, data pipelines, and semantic models.
• Translate business requirements into robust architectural BI solution designs that align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Define and enforce data governance, security concepts, and role-based access models across the analytics platform.
• Partner with Global Process Owners and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize analytics initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate external implementation and development partners.
• Act as the escalation point and technical authority for enterprise analytics architecture and data platform decisions.

To successfully master this role, we are looking for the following qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Data Warehouse and Analytics Platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern cloud-based analytics architectures.
• Proven track record in defining and governing Enterprise Semantic Layers and enterprise data models.
• Deep understanding of Data Architecture, Data Modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, and Data Governance.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable architectural BI solution designs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
